Terms and Conditions

1. Order
a. To order, simply email us at fmarket_online@yahoo.com stating your name, address, contact number, payment, delivery mode and product code.
b. All successful orders will be acknowledged with an email confirmation. Should any items be unavailable, an email will be sent to notify the customer.

2. Delivery for available stock items
a. Postage charges shall be borne by buyer unless otherwise stated .
b. Item shall be sent within 2 working days upon receipt of payment.
c. Flea Market Online shall not be liable for any lost package sent via normal mail. ( Registered mail is strongly recommended)
d. Self-collection can be arranged.

3. Delivery for Pre-Order items
a. Postage charges shall be borne by buyer unless otherwise stated .
b. Item shall be sent within 2 to 4 weeks upon receipt of payment.
c. Flea Market Online shall not be liable for any lost package sent via normal mail. ( Registered mail is strongly recommended)
d. Self-collection can be arranged.

4. Exchange and Refund Policy
a. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

a. Payment by POSB/ DBS/ UOB inter-bank transfer

b. Payment by (Additional 3.4% + S$0.50)

c. Cash on delivery
